Hotel Station Zug

The beds were really comfortable. Private parking on-site was provided. This hotel is a nice base for a weekend in Zug

Room had a good choice of facilities, including shower and a bed. Han mongolian barbecue, which can be found only 200 m away, was a fast dining option. This hotel met every demand.

The room was fairly comfortable for its size and general vibe and it was fairly close to everything in Zug. The staff were very relaxed and helpful.

The out of hours automatic check in (which was generally pretty smooth) initially had a problem with my credit card, but the phone number for emergencies rang out. I found a work around, but was facing the prospect of spending the night on the doorstep. The breakfast probably was not worth the chf15 charged.

Actually I just book for the standard room only, the facilities there were limited due to the low price. Luckily we got an upgrade to the executive room the next day, it's awesome. It got the self sink, coffee machine and tidy bathroom with facilites. Such wonderful room just give us the best memory during the trip. No matter what room you order, the location is very good as it just take around 10 mins to arrive the train station. And the lift for loading your baggage Staff is very nice too!

As there is a clock tower nearby, it's quite noisy at night and early morning. It woke us up at around 7 sth everyday no matter how tired we are.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room, virtually "all new". Compact, but with everything I needed, including a very nice and very hot shower! Air conditioning worked great; and it was very quiet. Great value.

Well, it's a strange thing, but I found this hotel during an on-line search for a hotel near the Zurich airport. I booked the room on line, but realized after I got to Zurich that the hotel was in Zug, not Zurich airport. So I had to do a small commute to and from Zurich Airport to Zug in order to get to my hotel, but it worked out ok. This was of course no fault of the hotel. Zug looked like a nice place and I wouldn't mind going back someday.

clean, nice (but small - see below) room, perfect situation, calm, professional staff

I reserved a superior double but when compared with the pictures provided by the hotel, I got a superior single for the price of a superior double (in my reservation : fridge, flat screen vs. in my room : no fridge, old small tv)

Central localization in the city, close to rail train station, free wiifi.

Size of the economic rooms 7 sq m. and a little bit hand made finishing.

Location and conveniance

The staff were efficient. No problem checking in early. We stayed in a family room which quite good especially if you have a teenager where you can have privacy.Value fro money is great and good location.

Small Hotel Rooms, ok for one or two nights. Good value compared to costs of other hotels in the area.

Every thing is clean in the room. The staff is kind. Traffic is convinient.

The room is too small...

The staff were very friendly & helpful. My bedroom was very hot & I passed an uncomfortable night. If I come again I shall opt for a larger bedroom. P.B.Quigg
